We provide guardianship services for minors while helping families understand and navigate the responsibilities involved when caring for children under 18 in California. 

When a child’s parents are unable to care for them due to absence, illness, or other circumstances, a legal guardian may be appointed by the court to ensure the child’s well-being, education, and financial matters are properly managed.
