Apart from the hourly rate, South County Fiduciary Services shall be reimbursed for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in performing licensed, professional fiduciary duties at the direct rate of the cost or expense incurred.
The Hourly Rate does not cover the costs associated with third-party professionals who render services for the Client. (See below)
Support Services - non-licensed activities fee schedule
Support services are non-licensed administrative tasks, such as document handling, courier deliveries, appointment scheduling, and non-licensed duties.

Compensation for standard services as outlined in Probate Code §10800 & §10801:
The fee structure is based on the gross value of the estate, including receipts and gains, minus losses, and is calculated as follows:
- 4% on the first $100,000
- 3% on the next $100,000
- 2% on the following $800,000
- 1% on the next $9,000,000
- 0.5% on the subsequent $15M
For estates exceeding $25M, fees are determined at the court's discretion.
Extraordinary fees may be requested and require court approval.
The Licensed Fiduciary Hourly Rate does not cover the costs associated with third-party professionals who render services for the Client.
This includes, but is not limited to, accountants, appraisers, attorneys, bookkeepers, care managers/providers, consultants, investment advisors, property managers, realtors, and tax professionals.
Such fees will be billed directly to the Client.
Conservatorships and Guardianships will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
Fees are typically mandated by the court.
Posted hourly rates may be adjusted without prior written notice.
